Each year, thousands of U.S. military veterans reenter the workforce with valuable skills, yet 80% struggle to find long-term employment. We’re here to help change that.
Equipping veterans for success
Hire Heroes provides no-cost career assistance, one-on-one coaching, resume building, mentoring, and workshops for veterans and military spouses. ServiceMaster Restore® supports their mission by directly funding these career services and mobilizing more than 1,000 locations to help veterans transition into roles within our network, from field operations to management.
Investing in long-term career growth
Local franchises host fundraisers throughout the year, while our national brand leads our annual We Serve: Veterans Golf Tournament, held for four consecutive years, generating ongoing support for Hire Heroes USA. For every $1,000 raised, one veteran or military spouse receives the assistance needed to secure employment. Each successful placement contributes an average of $68,000+ in annual salary for a veteran’s household, helping to build lasting financial stability.

- Our biggest annual fundraiser returns for its fourth year on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at TPC Sawgrass(Opens in a new window) in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
- Featured guest speaker: Florida Lieutenant Governor Jay Collins(Opens in a new window), retired Army Special Forces veteran.
- On-course competition, cocktail reception, raffle, live auction, closing with our Awards Dinner.
