ServiceMaster QRV (Quality Restoration Vendor)

At ServiceMaster we have specific guidelines and standards for handling restoration projects. This program of standards – our Quality Restoration Vendor Program – ensures that you can expect the same level of quality from every ServiceMaster Location.

This is a comprehensive program designed to provide and ensure the highest business, ethical, and quality standards in the restoration industry. The program is a network of Certified Disaster Restoration Service Centers that are committed to high standards of excellence and professionalism in serving the insurance industry, property owners, and the general public.

ServiceMaster of the Shore Area has qualified, completed all training and is certified to be part of the Quality Restoration Vendor Program.

Established in 1991, the ServiceMaster Clean® QRV Network has been a solution for insurance industry professionals in identifying franchisees committed to providing superior, consistent disaster mitigation services.

To earn and maintain QRV certification, each business must:

• Demonstrate the ability to competently deliver every aspect of the ServiceMaster Clean® service guarantees including accessibility, response time, communications capabilities, quality results, and conscientious safety controls.
• Employ the utmost integrity in estimating and billing practices.
• Complete, and commit to continue, employee training programs that keep ServiceMaster Clean® on the cutting edge of effective restoration techniques, products, and technology.
• Use the proven ServiceMaster Clean® equipment, processes, and products.
• Perform all services in compliance with ServiceMaster Clean® specifications.
• Meet or exceed the ServiceMaster Clean® requirements for General Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance.
• Resolve customer service issues swiftly and professionally. Guaranteed.
• Commit to the ServiceMaster Clean® principles of environmental stewardship.

• The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) has served as the Industry Guardian for the cleaning, inspection and restoration service industries for more than 30 years. As a non-profit certification organization, the IICRC helps ensure that you have access to trusted and trained cleaning professionals by establishing and monitoring certification programs and standards for these industries.
• To qualify for IICRC-Certified Firm status businesses must demonstrate proof of insurance, maintain a written customer complaint policy with documented follow-up and provide ongoing education and training leading to certification for all technicians. IICRC Certified Firms are also required to abide by the IICRC Code of Ethics. Services provided by IICRC–Certified professionals range from flooring inspection and cleaning to mold remediation to water and fire damage restoration.

Dri-Eaz University

• Dri-Eaz manufactures a broad range of dehumidifiers, airmovers, structural drying systems and air scrubbers used by water damage restoration professionals and in industrial drying, cleaning, and maintenance work. Dri-Eaz works with partners such as GE Sensing to offer the industry’s best moisture detection instruments. Dri-Eaz recently joined with Microban-Unsmoke, a premier provider of antimicrobial and cleaning applications, to form Legend Brands.
