PACK-OUT

ServiceMaster of Baltimore has a trained pack-out team that specializes in restoring items to pre-loss condition. We are well-known for keeping items safe and secure during remediation. We will professionally assess the level of damage to your home or business and choose a pack-out plan that best works for you — whether storing your belongings onsite at the loss location, in a container or pod, or off-site in our secure storage facility.

There are 3 types of “Pack-Out” services:

• Onsite
  In case of a small loss, and if there is space available, we can store your contents in the home. This is a comfortable and convenient option for the homeowner or tenant.
• Container/Pod
  If there is no space available to store the contents in the home, we will move the items into a container or pod if there is a driveway, garage, or legal street parking available. This usually occurs with smaller water damages or fires.
• Off-Site
  We also have the capabilities to store your contents off-site at our warehouse during the mitigation/restoration of your home. This usually happens when large losses occur, in case of reconstruction, or if the household items need to be cleaned. Our warehouse is secure and climate controlled.
