ServiceMaster of Amelia Island began serving Nassau County in 1991. Locally owned and operated by Jim Wormhoudt and Brandon Blackmon.
The business moved into its current facility in October of 2003 located at 2428 Lynndale rd. near the airport in Fernandina Beach Florida. Jim and Brandon both have active roles in the management and operation of the business.
The office management duties are carried out by Dawn Dobrosky. Dawn is also the helpful and cordial voice you will hear upon contacting ServiceMaster of Amelia Island by Telephone. Field Technician duties are the job of Joe Riccioli, James Thomas, and Jason Follen, all of whom have extensive experience and training, as well as undergone background checks.
