Sergio Dominguez
Has have over 28 years of commercial and residential construction remodeling and disaster restoration experience. Sergio Dominguez has supervised thousands of projects over the last 3 decades in the state of NM. These projects vary in between small residential jobs to multimillion-dollar commercial fire restoration projects. Positions held in the past: CEO, CFO and Office Manager, Construction Estimator & Claims Specialist for different Restoration and Construction companies in the state of NM. He has supervised and performed work for Mold Remediation, Water Damage Mitigation and Fire/Smoke Damage, Odor Control, Sewer Clean Up, Pack/Out, Furniture Restoration, etc.
Sergio Dominguez was the co-founder of All in One Restoration and Construction in Santa Fe New Mexico in 2008. All-In-One was merged into ARCS in May of 2009 until 2017. Prior to starting All-In-One Construction, I was a project Manager and crew leader for Paul Davis Restoration in SF. Mr. Dominguez has always strived for perfection and his personal goal has always been full customer satisfaction.
He is an EPA Certified Lead Renovator, Certified Mold, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Trauma & Crime Clean Up, Smoke/Fire Restoration & Odor Control Remediator by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) (Register Number 211262). Other certification: Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor. Mule Hide Roofing applicator certification in the state of NM. He was awarded the GAF Master Roofer certification for his training and participation in the 3 day TPO course in Gainesville TX. In 2012
Mr. Dominguez is the co-founder of the ServiceMaster Fire & Water Restoration by Rapid Response. He was given a recognition for the successful completion of the ServiceMaster Restore Academy of Service back in October of 2014 in Memphis Tennessee.
Mr. Dominguez is a leader in his field, and he really enjoys developing his employees’ skills at the office and out in the field. He is currently working at ServiceMaster Restoration by Rapid Response as a Senior Estimator and Office Manager for the Santa Fe branch. Mr. Dominguez is also a claims specialist, and he has helped developed a good relationship with all clients in need a responsible and professional restoration company like SMbyRR. Sergio Dominguez established in Santa Fe NM back in 1989. He is a now proud husband and father of two wonderful children. They all still live in Santa Fe, NM.
Ricardo Chavez
Has have over 20 years of commercial and residential construction remodeling and disaster restoration experience. Positions held in the past: CEO, CFO and Office Manager, Construction Estimator & Claims Specialist for different Restoration and Construction companies in the state of NM. He is an experienced Mold Remediation, Water Damage Mitigation and Fire/Smoke Damage estimator and an experienced Construction and Roofing Estimator/Supervisor.
Ricardo Chavez was the co-founder of All in One Restoration and Construction in Santa Fe New Mexico in 2008. All-In-One was merged into ARCS in May of 2009 until 2017. Prior to starting All-In-One Construction, I was a project Manager and crew leader for Paul Davis Restoration in SF. He holds a college double degree in construction management and architectural drafting (ADCM) at the Santa Fe Community College. He is an EPA Certified Lead Renovator, Certified Mold Remediator Ricardo Chavez was certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Trauma & Crime Clean Up (Register Number 169917).
Other certifications: Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor. Mule Hide, GAF, GACO Master Roofer Certification in the state of NM. Mr. Chavez is currently a NM GB-98 Commercial and Residential License Holder.
