Toilet overflowed for serveral days before being discovered. Water traveled from bathroom on the first floor below into finished basement, affecting pine wood ceiling. These pictures show the affected pine wood ceiling (before) and the ceiling post demolition. Wood ceiling had to be removed to get to the wet insulation behind it and to dry the bathroom's subfloor on the first floor.
