A Growing Family Business

Our story began in 1991 when Tim Roth established a local ServiceMaster franchise with the goal of creating a business centered on service, hard work, and community relationships.

Years later, his son Sam joined the company and worked in a variety of operational roles before eventually purchasing the business in 2020. Today, Sam continues to build upon the foundation his father created while leading one of the region's most experienced restoration teams.

Because Sam spent years working in the field, he understands firsthand what customers expect during a property emergency: fast communication, quality workmanship, and people they can trust.
