ServiceMaster Cleaning by Roth was founded in 1991 by Tim Roth, who spent years working in the trades before starting a restoration business focused on helping local families and business owners.

In 2007, his son Sam Roth joined the company while attending Western Washington University. Over time, Sam gained experience throughout the organization, learning firsthand what it takes to restore homes, businesses, and peace of mind. In 2020, he officially took ownership of the company and continues to lead it today.

The mission remains the same: provide expert restoration services while treating people with kindness, honesty, and respect.
