"After notifying our insurance company that we had water damage in our bathroom, we immediately were contacted by ServiceMaster and a visit was scheduled for a technician to check it out. The technician, Braxton, came to our house and did a thorough check of the area. He was prompt, courteous and professional. The Manager, Jared Lostracco, followed up to check on the progress of our claim. Jared and Braxton have been very helpful in getting this problem resolved."
