"I am writing this because I wanted everyone to know how wonderful Richard Barney is. He was the manager assigned to clean my mom’s house after it was destroyed by water. He reached out and scheduled a visit right away. He then explained the entire cleanup process in detail, which was very helpful. He got his crew there on schedule and they all worked very hard to clean everything up, even a major snowstorm didn’t stop them from working. Richard kept me informed throughout the entire process which was greatly appreciated. My mom was so surprised and impressed which I might add is a miracle because my mother always finds something to complain about, but not this time. She was telling everyone about the amazing job that Richard did. Thank you for everything you did for us, Richard! You are the best!!!"
