Boris specializes in managing complex, high-stakes loss events involving water, fire, and catastrophic damage, with a focus on rapid response, operational precision, and minimizing business interruption. He is known for his hands-on approach, accountability, and commitment to availability—ensuring clients have immediate access to decision-makers and that experienced crews are mobilized quickly to stabilize assets and protect value.

In his current role as National Account Manager, he focuses on his partnerships with public entities including but not limited to: cities, counties, specialty districts and schools throughout California. He most notably created the specialized encampment abatement and removal program for ServiceMaster Restoration Services.

Andy has been an integral part of managing highly complex projects such as: biohazard cleanup, encampment abatement services, water and fire mitigation, content restoration, pack out & storage, and building stabilization. He has developed preventative and exposure COVID-19 disinfection plans in which he coordinated daily, weekly and monthly cleanings for cities, counties, multiple State of California departments, sewer districts, facilities, specialty districts and large commercial customers.
