Richard from ServiceMaster was very efficient… identified a number of wet spots (see blue tape). He left a dehumidifier (see the thing that looks like R2D2 :) ). The one thing I am concerned about is that it might rain again and there is not a water catchment system. Is the intent to come back and do that. Thanks again for the great response!

I am very grateful to ServiceMaster and would like to thank the company for their excellent work and timeliness in carrying out the remediation of my building at 2284 Union St., which was severely damaged by the San Francisco water-main break.
Victor Cervantes, Emergency Response Manager, took on the job very quickly, enabling me to plan for reconstruction, which is currently in progress. Jacob, who was in charge of the team of workers, was very efficient in making sure the work was done well and on time. He also left the place clean and took pictures of the destruction, showing the premises gutted and providing my tenant with photos of her personal items which were destroyed.
I will highly recommend ServiceMaster in the future.
