"During the major storm on 11/19/24 the wind slammed a 75 ft redwood tree onto our roof crushing the roof and opening a large hole. Rain fell all night and by morning the damage to the interior of our home was extensive. At 8 am the following morning, after contacting our insurance company, Service Master was contacted and a crew was at our house in less than an hour. With all the necessary equipment the crew set about opening all the interior damage areas and starting the drying/dehumidying process. The really knew what they were doing tracing water leaks from the damage source to various parts of the house. Once the damaged roof was tarped and secured they arrived every day, on schedule, monitoring dryness until they were satisfied that moisture levels were where they needed to be to prevent mold. Every Service Technician was polite and professional and I wanted to specifically thank Ryan Gilleun, Justine Fusarf, Nick Hayton and Jarrid Willden. All of these guys were great! Thanks so much.
