"Mr. Paul Glass was the restoration project manager when our house experienced a sudden faucet valve failure in a bathroom while we were not at home. The water spurted up for 9 days before it was discovered. It caused considerable flooding damage in the bathroom, family room, hall, and basement. Paul was very patient, attentive, and listened to our concerns. He managed to find suitable substitutes for items which could not be salvaged. This was a challenging project!
