Founded in 2000 after years of experience working within the insurance and disaster reconstruction industry, Ken Neverman made the decision to branch out and start Neverman Construction Co. to service the Central Ohio area with Fire, Smoke, Water and Storm Damage as the focus.
In 2003, the company headquarters moved from a downtown Columbus location to its current headquarters and warehouse spaces in Italian Village on North 4th Street. The company has grown from a small three person establishment into a 50-plus employee company, still servicing the needs of Central Ohioans.
Our commitment is to serving this region better than any other company. We are proud to be based in Columbus, Ohio and we intend to maintain the same level of professionalism our customers have come to expect.
