"When Hurricane Helene hit on Sept 27, 2024 and a tree fell on our house and into our master bedroom, I was given Joe's name at Service Master and phone number. I texted him pictures of the tree on the house and Service Master came out and reviewed our needs and helped us work with our insurance company to get this taken care of and our home put back together. Kevin was our first contact then once all the work started Scott was our contact. Everyone that Scott sent out to do the different jobs from asbestos removal, rafters, drywall, roofing, insulation, painting, brick work, flooring, gutters, etc were great workers and finished each job in a timely manner. Communication with Kevin and Scott was key and they always helped answer my questions and got back to me quickly.
