Long wait but great quality
"My kitchen flooded this last spring due to my dishwasher leaking. After resolving some issues with insurance, I waited approximately 4-5 months for the project to be completed. Other than the insurance issues, the delay was primarily attributed to lack of supply and high demand for their services. The type of cabinets that I had previously/needed replaced took a long time to prepare before they could really get started.
Steve communicated with me throughout the process, and they were very diligent about reaching me, following up on the progress, and answering any questions I had about cost/supplies/etc. The end product is much better than I thought it would be. Mike and Lance were in charge of the installation of the floor, trim, and painting. The flooring turned out great, and there doesn't appear to be any bubbling yet. The surfaces are even, the cabinets are wonderful and do not have any installation damages. They installed new trim and even repainted my kitchen.
Overall I am highly satisfied with service master. The delay that occurred seemed to be due to supply issues from the material manufacturers, not service master. The customer service I received was exceptional, and the quality of the staff that worked on my kitchen was exceptional as well. Steve, Mike, Lance, and the rest of the crew treated me so well. I felt supported through this whole process, and I'm very grateful for their hard work and expertise, I would recommend service master to others based on this experience."
