Water, Water everywhere
"Everett (Crew Chief) and staff came right in and got right to work. With the amount of water coming from the kitchen and draining into the basement, it was good to see they knew exactly what to do. While all the fans were annoying, they were necessary to dry the floors and cabinets (which could not be saved) . With having to remove all the damaged flooring, cabinets and even wall behind the sink, they left my damaged kitchen as clean as they could until I get to the repair phase. "April 04, 2023 the sump pump in the basement failed and water flooded the basement which id finished. The carpet was soaked with water. We notified the insurance company who suggested Service master.
Jay Mora and his crew came out and looking over the problem he said that they can take care it. They sucked the water out of the carpet and then brought in dehumidifiers and fans. They came out every day and checked to see how everything was going.
On April 11, 2023 the basement was dry, Jay and one of his crew came out and removed all of their equipment.
They did a GREAT job and they were very friendly and polite. I would recommend them to my family and friend"
