When our basement flooded, our insurance broker called Dusty with ServiceMaster. He was at our home within 30 minutes and put our minds at ease with his experience and professional manner. Our insurance company didn't cover the flooding because the water came from an outside source so Dusty worked with us to make it very affordable. We had a line break in our home and it caused damage in 2 rooms. Ron with ServiceMaster came out and from the beginning he took care of everything.
He showed up with a team of service technicians that got the situation under control making us feel that we had called "Ghost Busters" and our situation would be handled.
We are 2 women living in our home which one is elderly so it limits the issues we can handle without help. They offered to box up with effected rooms, he called us daily and made it happen.
Ron is AAAAA+++++ for sure and knows his business and makes the customers feel as if they were the only customers on the schedule. He has been out here daily dealing with the issues and promises to see this through until the end! Thanks bunches Ron!"
