Drying Capabilities

After we remove the excess water from your property, we'll begin the drying process by placing powerful turbo air movers, axial fans and large desiccant and/or refrigerant dehumidifiers to promote speed drying. Our equipment will dry your property quickly and efficiently. The turbo dryers generate powerful airflow; the increased energy from this air movement forces the moisture inside materials to evaporate into the air. At the same time, our powerful dehumidifiers or "portable deserts" continually remove moisture from the air and replace it with warmer, dryer air. It is very important to get the relative humidity under 40% as soon as possible after a water loss. Controlling the environment will help fight against molds and secondary damages. It also ensures excellent conditions for proper drying.

The Process

We collect the following information during our initial scope:

1. The first thing we need to figure out is the cubic footage of the damaged area. We need to know how much air is in the affected area and how wet that air is.
2. The second thing we need to know is how wet the walls and structures are. Excess moisture can spread throughout ceilings and walls in just a few hours. We determine how wet a structure is by using moisture meters and other detection equipment.
3. The third thing we need to know is where the water came from. Water that comes from the upstairs will require more equipment to dry because more of the materials are wet.
