Technicians Edward and his team came out promptly and they sorted the problem and they found mold. To remediate it, they were here 2 hours taking videos documenting everything. They found water damage in 2 bedrooms, the hallway, the walls, the ceiling & flooring. They set up fans and air cleaners to dry things out. They were so professional, thorough, efficient and especially important, during this upsetting crisis, they were very patient and kind. They came out promptly once every day to check the equipment and how it was performing. Also, can't say enough good things about Jessica, our project manager, who has kept me continuously in the loop every step of the way so I don't become too overwhelmed.
