March is Women’s History Month, a time to reflect on the accomplishments of women throughout history and acknowledge those who are shaping the future. At ServiceMaster of Salem, Eugene, Corvallis, and Lincoln City, we are proud to have a strong team of women who are not only excelling in the restoration industry but also leading the way for future generations. These remarkable women are helping shape the future of our company and our community with their passion, leadership, and dedication.
The restoration industry, like many others, has historically been dominated by men. Women entering this field have faced many challenges, from overcoming stereotypes to earning the respect and trust of clients and colleagues. Yet, these women have continued to break barriers and prove that their leadership, skills, and compassion are essential to the success of this industry. Their resilience in pursuing careers in a male-dominated field has not only paved the way for themselves but has also created opportunities for future generations of women to succeed in the restoration business.
Lacey joined ServiceMaster in the fall of 2011 and has since become a crucial part of our operations. With extensive knowledge in processing claims and managing day-to-day operations, she believes that every role is vital in providing the level of service our customers need during challenging times. As our service area has grown, Lacey has built a robust support team that allows our field staff to focus on what matters most—helping customers in crisis. Outside of work, Lacey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, always valuing the importance of relationships both inside and outside the office.
Johanna has been in the restoration industry since 2018 and has thrived in her role, finding the work both challenging and rewarding. She excels at fostering communication throughout restoration projects, building connections in the community, and educating others about ServiceMaster's services. Johanna is dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the best possible care and support during their restoration journey. When she's not working, Johanna enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband, Shawn, and their son, Atlee, along with their two dogs, exploring the beauty of Oregon.

With her friendly, organized nature, Amie ensures everything runs smoothly in the office, positively impacting both our team and our customers. Her ability to keep things on track is vital to our operations, and her positive attitude shines through in everything she does. Outside of work, Amie enjoys four-wheeling, hiking, and capturing beautiful moments through photography, whether it’s weddings, families, or other special events.
Jay joined ServiceMaster in January of 2023 as an Account Manager for our Eugene location. Born and raised in Eugene, Jay felt inspired to join the restoration industry after witnessing the impact of the 2020 wildfire season on her community. She is committed to helping expand and grow our Eugene team, forging meaningful relationships with local insurance agents, business owners, and property managers. Jay’s passion for helping others during difficult times shines through in every project she takes on. In her free time, Jay enjoys photography, reading, and traveling the Pacific Northwest with her partner, Trevin. She also loves spending time with her cat, Miss Kitty.
At the corporate level, ServiceMaster has been shaped by the leadership of many remarkable women. Sue K. Pritchard, with her contributions to ServiceMaster's Disaster Restoration Services, helped enhance disaster recovery efforts, making the company a key player in the field. Additionally, Ruth R. A. Yuen, a former executive at ServiceMaster, has significantly influenced the company's strategies and growth, ensuring the business continues to thrive and innovate in the restoration industry.
While these women are just a few examples, we have many others at ServiceMaster who are making history every day. Their leadership, resilience, and commitment are paving the way for future generations of women in the restoration industry. As we celebrate Women’s History Month, we honor and thank these strong, inspiring leaders for all they do to help others in their times of need.
Let’s continue to support and uplift women who are making history, today and every day!
