"If I could give my experience with ServiceMaster of Bel Air (Falls Church VA) a higher rating than 10, I certainly would do so! A pipe dislodged from my bathroom at midnight Friday - flooding out that bathroom and going down to a portion of my basement (the laundry room).
My insurance provider, State Farm, contacted ServiceMaster of Bel Ai. The restoration technician (Brian) showed up around 10:00 a.m. the next morning with all of the equipment to start drying out the wet areas. He diligently showed up every single day for seven days to check the progress of the drying. There was a slight problem with one of the machines on the fifth day, and Brian returned my call about it at 8:00 at night.
On the seventh day of removing the last of equipment, Brian even met with my State Farm agent to show her the damage and the corrective measures performed by ServiceMaster. I would highly recommend the restoration services of ServiceMaster of Bel Air."
