All three were highly knowledgeable of the situation at hand and explained in, great detail, the process of removing all of the damage. My experience with every staff member i came into contact with was truly amazing. I will highly recommend service master to anyone I come into contact with that has water damage in their home. The service given by all of the Service Master staff was exceptional. Response to the initial evaluation, dry-out activities, and tear-out and cleanup was prompt, efficient, and very well done. The staff was responsive to all my questions, quick to attend to any problems, and polite. I felt that, as the customer, I was treated as someone special, especially by Stoney, the team supervisor. He even helped me to shovel 8" of snow out of my driveway when he saw me (76 years old) struggling to get it done, and drove his own 4x4 vehicle to the job site when the company van couldn't make it up the hill through the ice and snow.
