The employees are compassionate and understand that we suffered a loss of our belongings and property and worked closely with us to try to make the rebuilding process as smooth as possible. Our lead is Jason Scarpato. He is amazing! He is always a text or phone call away and has helped orchestrate the whole process. We are so thankful for everything ServiceMaster is doing to get us back in our home and make it look as though we never had a fire.
