My insurance company recommended ServiceMaster to come out to dry out a slow leak from the toilet in my half bath that had finally leaked into the hallway buckling the flooring. They brought in their machines and dried that complete area and the downstairs area that the water had leaked to. I cannot say enough about these people. They answered every question I had in layman’s language so I understood what had happened and what they were going to do. Their service people were very friendly. The office personnel were friendly and called for follow-ups to make sure I was happy with their work. They called prior to coming and set up a time for their service people to come to check the wet areas and their people were always here at the agreed-upon time. This is a great company to work with. I highly recommend them and it is my opinion you will be pleased with their work and customer service.
