We hired Service Master for mitigation and wanted to follow up as we moved in yesterday.
First and foremost, THANK YOU! My family of four went through one of the worst nights of our life when a battery exploded in the middle of the night and flames took over the kitchen. To be honest, the 8 months after we’re more challenging in many ways as we had to journey through the insurance part, hiring folks, policy and red tape.
Please know that Chris, Dominique, Damien and Bernadette were amazing. In the aftermath of the fire, my wife was so concerned of toxins and having items replaced, but we knew things had to go through a mitigation company. I interviewed 4 companies and some even promised to replaced everything as a pitch. Since we believe in doing the right thing and sticking with companies that do, we chose Chris with Service Master. He didn’t promise items, was honest, talked through the process and how your company works vs. others. I knew then that Service Master would be the best option regardless of promising items to be replaced as you hire your team of workers, have a dedicated fire division and reviews.
Your team didn’t disappoint. It was reassuring to know we had hired the best team as we had to deal with our adjuster and mound of policy and paperwork. Chris and his team took care of everything and he kept us updated along with Dominique when else needed to stop by.
The house is smoke free, cleaner than it was and my wife and kids can rest at night knowing the worse is behind us. Your team was also compassionate and understanding. We didn’t receive this from everything and trying to hold down jobs, kids, life on top of this process was so much at times. Having partners in this process who cared about us and our home mattered. They were all so patient, kind and asked questions about important personal property items.

Lastly, we also want you to know that Prism who worked with Chris’s team was AMAZING. We had our pick up companies and Prism was the right one as they have similar values and care. When they did the pack out and delivery, they were so kind and also treated our stuff with care. They installed all of our appliances which was such a relief. I hope y’all continue to work with Prism.
