"Every time I had to speak with someone on the phone they were always very courteous and very understanding of my situation. Next, the people that came to my house to do the clean up were also so nice, friendly and never stopped working. What a great bunch of guys! Last but not least were Husma who was the estimator and Moe, his Assistant that came to our house. You will never meet nicer people than both of them. Husma explained every thing to us in great detail and went over estimated costs, etc. We were originally going to get several estimates but we liked these guys so much and felt so comfortable with them, especially since Husma told us the clean up guys would be out that same day and finished in a day!! He was true to his word! They did an excellent job and we were very pleased. It helped us in dealing with a very bad situation in our basement. This was our first and hopefully our last, water in our basement and it was very traumatic for us. Several people had recommended other companies but for some reason I was drawn to Service Master and I am glad. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a Disater Clean up service. "It was like a well oiled machine. Everything went just as I was told about what was going to happen. My only concern is that I would have liked it if they gave me time to remove some of the items in my kitchen. They did cover everything with plastic, but the dust still came through."

They made good on their word an my rugs are beautiful!
"We have two very large oriental rugs that we wanted cleaned. Jimmy, at Service Master in Des Plaines, quoted a fair price and had timely and prompt pick-up and delivery. The process took less than a week. Unfortunately, there were small traces of black on one corner of each rug that had not been there before. I did not notice this at the drop off, but called as soon as I did. Servicemaster sent an expert immediately to investigate. He took one look at the marks and said they may have come from the cleaning machine's wheels, and that he wanted to take them back to the plant. They rolled the rugs back up, took them back, recleaned them and had them back on our floors in perfect condition first thing Monday morning. It was a little tense, but I never felt like there was going to be a larger problem. They still finished the rugs and had them back to me faster than anyone else had quoted and the rugs look beautiful. Sometimes what a company does when things don't go perfectly reveals a broader view of the way they do business. I will definitely use Servicemaster again."

"I believe things happen for a reason. Sometimes we don't know why but it does happen. Having had this happen with my house, I didn't know what to do. The intake adjuster gave me a list of 3 names for water mitigators and Service Masters was the one that answered my call and had an A+ reading on BBB. After making that call to Service Masters and then getting the follow up call from Yusuf, I immediately knew we were in good hands. He was very attentive with answering any questions we had and being available whenever we had an issue. As far as the actual service, they are fast and efficient. They care about the property and the person. Most of them didn't speak English but courtesy and friendliness can be shown without words. I really like Yusuf, Mo, and the whole team. They are a great group of men!!"

"Where do I begin, this company has absolutely outstanding service. I wanted to express my utmost satisfaction with the exceptional service I received from ServiceMaster. From the very beginning, I was impressed by Mr. George Santer's professionalism, his honesty, reliability and dedication to the job. He made me feel comfortable and assured that I was in capable hands. Being a widow, it is very hard to trust anybody, especially when they see you vulnerable and potentially take advantage. Unfortunately I've encountered situations where others have lied about what was needed and misused funds. However, the honesty displayed by Mr. Santer's and his team was truly a breath of fresh air. The hardworking and efficient crew that Mr. George Santer's sent to assist with my water damage exceeded my expectations. Alberto and his crew's dedication to completing the task promptly and their meticulous attention to cleanliness truly stood out.
