Flood in our home

Water damage

Worked with Jesse Carrillo, Humberto, Hector, and Daisy
Product: Work product is a service. I.e. their ability to respond to a home/office loss and mitigate the damage. Servicemaster worked efficiently to remove the furniture from the damaged area and sectioned off (using heavy plastic materials) the damaged area where the driers/blowers would be operating, preventing dust from circulating throughout the house. They did a great job covering all of the other furniture and anticipating where dust can get into and covering those areas with plastic as well.
Price: Servicemaster's work was covered by my insurance however, I did see how much they charged for the amount of work they did, and the price was reasonable.
Customer Experience: All of the associates mentioned above were professional and courteous. I asked them to let me know 30 minutes in advance before they arrived and on one occasion, I saw them parked outside because it had not yet been 30 minutes since they text messaged me. I was impressed by how much attention they paid to the detail of my request.
