"We experienced a very traumatic ceiling collapse in our living and dining rooms, and the ServiceMaster by Monroe team went to work very quickly clearing out the huge amount of dry wall and insulation that filled that part of our house. By the time they were done, they had even vacuumed the trusses and the roof sheeting, so that no insulation remained to rain down on us. After the restoration work was done by the contractor, they returned all of our possessions in wonderfully clean condition. Our only disappointment came not from Monroe, but from the insurance adjuster, who did not approve the restoration of the furniture that was damaged in the collapse. But despite of this disappointment, Monroe did a fabulous job of cleaning the furniture, and we can hardly notice the damage any more. Wonderful work, wonderful people!"
