Meet the Team - Bob Culp

Bob Culp is one of our most beloved teammates and a highly recognized superintendent amongst our customers. He has been with Monroe Restoration for over 2 years and manages all of our large loss projects. Bob recently completed two, multi-million dollar assignments at a local church and a multi-building apartment complex. His proven methods come from 30+ years of experience managing assets and serving clients within the construction industry. He, without a doubt, strives for 100% customer satisfaction and promotes open communication.
Bob has a background in law enforcement and SWAT. In his free time, he trains and spends time with his intelligent, furry friend, Kilo!
Commercial Fire Loss
Whispering Pines Apartments
On the morning of June 10th, the residents at Whispering Pines Apartments in Mishawaka suffered a devastating fire that heavily affected multiple units. Having been partnered with ServiceMaster by Monroe Restoration for many years, management knew exactly who to call to secure the property and begin the cleaning and deodorization of common areas. Our Monroe team is now working diligently to repair the damage caused by the fire, smoke, and water used to extinguish the fire. Stay tuned for after photos!

Additionally, faulty heating and electrical issues contribute to around 358,000 fires annually, resulting in an average of seven deaths daily, according to the National Fire Protection Association, January 2024.
