"We encountered a pipe seal failure that caused water damage in our basement. Jacob called me after I was told there was nobody in our area to do the restoration work. Jacob was coming to help us from Midland (2+ hours away). He was AMAZING. Was very kind and patient to explain the process to my 80 year old mother and kept me in contact with where the insurance company was as well as each step of the process he was going through. If it wasn't for him I honestly believe I would have been lost in the process. He carries an insurmountable level of professionalism. He made sure that the basement was restored to better than original. He made my mom feel as if she was his mother taking care of her. Jacob you made a HUGE difference to 1 little old lady and her daughter....THANK YOU! YOU ARE A TRULY AMAZING PERSON! Would highly recommend"
