"I had water damage not long ago and Diamond Quality Services sent out some technicians within a couple of hours. They worked fast but with caution and got all of my wet flooring out very quickly. They made sure to keep me informed about what was going on during the process and let me know what they needed to do before they did it. The worked with my insurance to make sure I was taken care of and also got me in contact with a repair contractor as well. The cleaned up after they were finished and put me in the best place I could be in after the water damage occurred. The knowledge of everyone on the team helped me to know I was in good hands. If I ever have another water leak or even if I have a fire, I will definitely call them again."
