"The tornado , March 14, caused considerable damage at our home. We turned to ServiceMaster to take care of our belongings and start the cleanup. Brad has been very professional helping us coordinate all our moves into or out of storage.
The movers were professional, helpful and willing to assist in any way they could. Since we live on the second floor, that didn’t seem to make a difference for anyone. They continued their job as usual. Plus, they were able unload all our items in one day, a wonderful surprise.
We are working our way through the boxes, etc. Your “packing team” was amazing. They get our GOLD STAR for all the effort and thoughtfulness they put into their job. Everything was wrapped so well, no complaints from us. We are still trying to figure out how everything was so clean when we unwrapped them. The appliances were also cleaner and looked better than when we clean them.
Your entire staff helped to make our return to reality, after the tornado, much easier.
