Mold Remediation

We have trained IICRC certified technicians in the removal and remediation of mold. We provide services for both Residential as well as Large Commercial properties.

Our company is in compliance with new NY State laws which went into effect in January of 2016 for mold remediation. All technicians employed by ServiceMaster by Burch are licensed to provide mold remediation services in the State of New York.

We work a long side trained/licensed companies that provide mold assessments. These companies will take samples of suspected mold as well as air readings to confirm if mold particles have affected your clean air. A protocol and work scope is written up and we follow this scope when completing the mold remediation. When our work is complete, these third party companies return to take samples and certify that we have completed the remediation properly.
