As part of the effort to constantly improve our businesses, ServiceMaster Restore owners from across the country meet in focus groups (teams) to discuss best practices, challenges, goals, advances and recommendations.

After a day of intense discussion, ServiceMaster employees treated their guests to a good ol’ fashioned “pot luck” dinner. The meeting continues til noon today and has already garnered some great ideas!
