We're Not Kidding When We Say "Rapid Response"
We named our company Rapid Response for a reason: our knowledgeable service technicians will be on-site before you know it — generally within 2 hours regardless of location. When they arrive, they'll perform a thorough assessment and provide you with a detailed estimate and solution plan to restore your property to its pre-loss condition quickly and correctly. Simple.
Experienced and Understanding
As the market leader in Southwest and Central Kansas, ServiceMaster Rapid Response works on hundreds of fire and water damage emergency situations every year. We have a lot of experience, and we understand that damages suffered can be very difficult and stressful for you, which is why we'll do everything we can to help you through this experience. If this is your first loss, you probably have a lot of questions. We built our website to provide you with as much education and information possible so that you can make an informed decision regarding the restoration of your property, business, and/or home.
The Process Is All About Communication
As mentioned above, prior to beginning a job, our technicians will conduct a thorough inspection of the area and provide you with a detailed explanation of what needs to be done and why. Other vendors don't see the importance of this step, but we certainly do. During this consultation you will be provided with an "Emergency Recovery Guide." This is an educational booklet for our customers which utilizes pictures and words to show and explain in great detail what you can expect as a result of your property damage. This unique consultation, combined with our industry leading technology and experience, will provide you with much needed peace of mind.
You'll Be Confident With Us
ServiceMaster employees are the most highly trained professionals in the industry. That's not a self-serving claim; it's a fact within the Disaster Restoration industry. We have performed thousands of jobs with outstanding results and our goal is to bring you "The Clean You Expect and the Service You Deserve." Please allow us the opportunity to serve you.
