Blake, Jillian, and Greg will continue to manage and lead the combined business into the future.

The new entity, ServiceMaster CDR, will have capital backing from VantEdge Partners, who invested in ServiceMaster due to the strong brand and foundation that Roark and ServiceMaster Brands leadership have established as well as exceptional operational capabilities of Blake, Jillian, and Greg.
